Our growth group is studying relationships and ways they can become authentic. I'm learning so much more about our relationships with others and how they ought to reflect our relationship with God. It all about the inside first. The way we respond to others will be transformed by how much of God's presence we allow in them. Some stuff to work on and get excited about, if you ask me.

if you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.

the good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.

honesty and frankness will make you vulnerable.

what you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
build anyway.
people need help but may attack you if you try to help them.
help them anyway.
in the final analysis, it is between you and God.
it was never between you and them anyway.
