So...I adventured to Chicago last weekend! The place was caraaazy and Bridget and I had a blast. We were both definitely overwhelmed at first, unable to get past the enormity of the city and the number of people that actually live in the northeast corner of our great state. The exposure to so many different cultures and people was pretty exciting to me, not something we often find down here in the country. Basic overview. We found the top of the Hancock Building, Millenium Park, the Art Institute, Lake Michigan, and Navy Pier. The weather was perfect, which was delightful, mostly because the visit was also full of lots of walking. I made it out to the suburbs to visit a friend and his family Sunday...good time. Church was awesome...great place. Coming home Sunday night was the most fun Bridget and I have probably ever had together, we rocked out to the Dixie Chicks' Fly CD. Yeah, it's possible. In conclusion, great weekend trip, so much fun!

Touristy thing on the observatory floor of the Hancock Building.

The giant bean in Millenium Park.

Chillin next to Lake Michigan.

A roadtrip must... rockin out. Lol, yes, even to country music.

So lots of pictures of me and my great friend Bridget. : ) That's all.

Um... I guess somebody failed to tell you that Chicago is not part of our state. Just thought you should know.
