Last week was phenomenal for me. I think I went to the lake every day. Escaping the noise of life is beautiful, and I am refreshed. Really, go find a lake or a stream, or a starry sky, and become enthralled with its Maker. The end of the semester is stressful...and captivating thoughts of God are the only antidote for me.

The weekend...awesome. I got to hang out with some pretty cool girls Saturday night - definitely feel like I've made some pretty amazing new friends. Sunday was all about the zoo, driving all over St.Louis, worship, and good conversation. Although physically tired, I left Springfield this weekend so refreshed. It was altogether fun, relaxing, and challenging.

Sunday night was incredible. I went thinking it was a concert and wishing I knew the music ...concerts always seem better when you can sing along. It definitely wasn't a concert though...it was a worship service. I was so entirely blessed by the worship of the people around me and t I love new songs.
